Cyndi Po
After more than 20 years experience in the health & fitness industry, the transition from trainer to owner of a fitness center came very easily to me. I am certified as a personal trainer and group movement instructor specializing in yoga, Kettlebell and muscle training. My expertise in weight loss and healthy lifestyles as well as my experience as a life coach gives me an edge with clients in helping them reach their goals. But my effectiveness with the clients comes from the fact that I have been the client. My life path has given me experiences (I often refer to as my “series of unfortunate events”) that help me relate to each client and their individual circumstance. My classes have often been deemed as “therapy” sessions where clients go away with not only a great workout but knowledge and information that will help them in all aspects of health & fitness.
