Annetta Wilson is a Certified Mastery Coach, Certified Trainer and business strategist specializing in media training, presentation skills and communication skills coaching for subject-matter experts, executives and entrepreneurs. She also coaches on workplace communication issues.
She is President of Annetta Wilson Media Training & Success Coaching.
Ms. Wilson has coached on-air journalists at CNN, for Walt Disney World’s Ambassador Program and served as national emcee for Office Depot’s Success Strategies Conference for Businesswomen in six major U.S. cities.
An award-winning journalist, Ms. Wilson worked in the broadcast industry as a television news anchor, reporter, producer, talk show host and writer. She was the first African-American weekday evening news anchor in Central Florida history. She was also a community affairs director and marketing director for two television stations.
Annetta has been named one of Central Florida’s “Women Who Mean Business” by the Orlando Business Journal. She was honored by the Central Florida Women’s Resource Center for 25 years of community service.
She is a Hall of Fame inductee of the Central Florida Association of Black Journalists and Broadcasters. Annetta has been a guest editorial writer for the Orlando Sentinel newspaper; serves on the Board of Visitors for the School of Journalism and Graphic Communication at Florida A&M University; and the Board of Directors for Give Kids the World.
